Built in 1864, this establishment was opened as a tavern and brothel. It suffered a fire in 1988 which caused the building to be closed. The current owner bought, refurbished, and re-opened this historic building in 2002.  Several entities are known to reside either in the bar on the main level, the basement, and the apartments on the second level. 

James came back with numerous stories of personal experiences on his first visit for the initial interview with the client. The bar houses a motion activated mannequin that has a mind of its own and will start moving and/or talking without anyone near it. He also felt and saw the presence of a male entity on the basement stairs. He also heard a lot of noise originating in the kitchen. Sounds of dishes clanking, items moving, etc. There was no one in the kitchen area at this time.

 The investigation began with a few personal experiences, Several Investigators witnessed the mannequin moving and talking without anyone close to it. At one point, a K-2 meter was placed on the floor next to it and the K-2 spiked to red as it started moving. No one visibly walked by. While James, Mike and Chris were doing an EVP session in the back bar area, Nadine heard a male voice coming from behind a locked, unoccupied office door. Shortly after, in the same hallway, Mike and Chris heard a "Shhhh" voice from inside the woman's bathroom which was vacant at the time. Chris was watching the monitors and saw a bright "orb" like light move from the downstairs hallway. In the basement, Dan, Nadine, and Zwitter were by the cooler. Chris rapped on the wall 3 times and asked for a response. James had just walked into the cooler and loud rapping noises were heard on the cooler wall immediately following the request.

70 EVP's were captured and will be reviewed with the owner. The ovilus came up with numerous words and names which are equivalent to those that psychics and other paranormal groups have reported in the past. Several bright orb type lights were seen on video and will be reviewed further.
