     A wonderful Psychic Self-Defense book written from a Shamanic (Native American variety) perspective. Ted proves to be a thorough and widely seasoned writer in dealing with this topic. From explaining what PSD is & is not, to how outside influences affect us, where it is helpful to use it, as well as how to use it. Ted even touches on how to go about things responsibly. While this book may seem a bit “out there” to those not familiar or not comfortable with the idea of Psychic Self-Defense, it is very well written, and I do hope you will consider reading it, it is quite eye opening.
